Supreme Universal: Redefining Premium Development Since 1982
Supreme Universal was founded in 1982 by Ramesh Bijlani and Suresh Jumani. Over more than four decades, we have delivered 75 landmarks and 30 redevelopment projects across Mumbai and Pune. Today, under the leadership of our Joint Managing Directors, Sunny Bijlani and Vishal Jumani, we continue to build with the same long-term perspective and commitment to quality.
Our design philosophy is guided by a few consistent principles that shape every project we undertake: maintaining lower density than the market average, creating layouts that maximise natural light and ventilation and delivering specifications that reflect the expectations of premium buyers. We recognise that privacy is the highest form of luxury, our projects feature access-pass controlled lifts and intercom-linked facial recognition systems.
We collaborate with leading architects, interior designers and specialist craftsmen to ensure each development is thoughtfully executed.
Supreme Universal's Signature Projects in Pali Hill
At Pali Hill, our philosophy translates into four distinct offerings, each positioned for a different segment of the premium market. These developments reflect the broader demand for premium homes in Bandra and Pali Hill real estate, where buyers prioritise space, views and privacy.
| Project | Type | Status | Key Highlight |
| Supreme The One | Sea-facing apartments | Completed, Sold Out | Panoramic sea views and spacious multi-bedroom residences |
| Supreme ArtHouse | Ultra-luxury sea-facing duplexes | Under construction (Carter Road, Bandra West) | ₹174 crore transaction in 2025; invite-only |
| Supreme Prana | Full-floor residences, 4,000 sq ft | Under construction (8th floor slab, Jan 2026) | One residence per floor; invite-only; panoramic ocean views |
| Supreme ArtVeda | Art-inspired rental apartments | Delivered, OC received February 2023 | Designed by Le Sutra; CREDAI MCHI Golden Pillar Award 2023 |
Supreme The One is often the first choice for buyers looking for a ready-to-move-in sea-facing home in Pali Hill. Homes here go up to 4,000 sq ft and more in the resale market, with sea views beginning from the second floor and above. This makes it one of the notable sea-facing apartments in Pali Hill currently available in the resale segment.
Supreme ArtHouse gained major attention in 2025 when a 12,148 sq ft sea-facing duplex was sold for ₹174 crore, marking one of Bandra’s biggest residential transactions[1]. Each home in this invite-only project occupies an entire floor, giving residents uninterrupted Arabian Sea views on three sides.
Supreme Prana follows the same focus on space and privacy. All 26 residences span a full 4,000 sq ft floor, each designed to offer expansive ocean views. Construction reached the 8th floor slab in January 2026 and it is also invite-only.
Supreme ArtVeda introduced a design-focused rental concept to the neighbourhood. The fully furnished residences were created in collaboration with Le Sutra, drawing inspiration from tribal and modern Indian art. The project is lease-only and received both the CREDAI MCHI Golden Pillar Award for Ultra Luxury Project of the Year and the Realty Plus Conclave Excellence Award for Customer Service in 2023.
